1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange if:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

• Tags and packaging are intact

• The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order

Please note:

• Items on sale, discounts, or promotions may not be eligible for return.

• Accessories are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

3. Exchange Policy

• We offer exchanges for size or product (if available).

• If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose another item of equal value.

4. Refunds

• Refunds are provided in the form of store credit or coupon code, which you can use on your next purchase.

• We currently do not offer cash refunds.

5. Shipping Costs

• Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

• If the return is due to a mistake from our side (wrong item/defect), bawri.pk will cover the shipping cost.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace it right away.
