5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If the return is due to a mistake from our side (wrong item/defect), bawri.pk will cover the shipping cost.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace it right away.
